Application dates/times
- From June 30-July 3, Hunger Task Force will accept applications for seniors age 60 and older to receive vouchers in the amount of $25 to purchase fresh, Wisconsin-grown produce at area farmers’ markets. Applications will be accepted at Hunger Task Force’s warehouse, 201 S. Hawley Court (off the Hawley Rd. exit on I-94 near Miller Park) from 9:30 a.m.-2 p.m. each day.
- Hunger Task Force is fully handicapped accessible.
- All applications will be accepted. Vouchers will be distributed WHILE SUPPLIES LAST. Applicants who do not receive vouchers will be placed on a waiting list.

Qualifications/Regulations
- Qualified recipients must:
- Be age 60 or older (American Indians need to be age 55 or older)
- Have a monthly income of less than $1,604 for a family of one, or $2,159 for a family of two (plus $555 for any additional family member).
- Be a resident of Milwaukee County
Only one set of farmers’ market vouchers per household.
- Vouchers must be used by Oct. 31, 2008 at authorized markets (authorized markets will display the fresh Wisconsin logo). For a map of Milwaukee-area farmers' markets, click here.
- Vouchers are non-transferable—you cannot give them to someone else. Change will not be provided at farmers’ markets.
Authorized Representative
- If someone is unable to apply at Hunger Task Force, an authorized representative (or proxy) may be designated to apply for certification and to purchase SFMNP foods on behalf of the participant. Hunger Task Force must obtain a signed statement from the eligible senior designating another individual as his/her authorized representative.
