Help us test updates to Food For Today program!

Background:
"Food For Today" is an eductional program offered by Hunger Task Force. Participants in the program experience the challenges that people who are struggling to provide food for themselves and their families experience on a daily basis.

Hunger Task Force is changing some aspects of the experience, and we want to test these changes before taking the revised simulation to the public.

When:

Wednesday, April 21 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. 25-30 people
Monday, April 26 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. 25-30 people

Where:
201 S. Hawley Court (just off I-94 at Hawley Road exit)

Who:
Adults and teens 17 years and older. Parents are welcome to participate with their children. Teams of volunteers are welcome.

What:
You and other volunteers will participate in a Food For Today hunger simulation. You will be assigned a role as a character in the Food For Today Simulation. The simulation will last approximately 90 minutes, at the end of which we will do a 30 minute evaluation of the experience.

Community Service Time:
Volunteers can earn 2 hours of community service time.
