There will be cooking demonstrations throughout the day. Local chefs will be challenged to create a dish using Wisconsin grown produce and they will offer samples after each demonstration. The line-up is as follows:

Plus, all 11-days of the fair, little ones can Slide the Pig! Look for the big pig slide between the Swine Barn and the pig races. Donate $1 to Hunger Task Force and kids can ride the slide 3 times.
Hunger Task Force is locally established, community supported, and provides free food for the hungry.
