Volunteers have been helping out on our newest machine on the farm - the transplanter! Four riders sit behind a tractor, put young plants in a cup that rotates and drops ("transplants") the plant right into the ground!

Big thanks to our Olympians this year - Katrina Cravy, Greg Matzek, Drew Olson, Carrie Wendt and controversial winner Lance Allan! Much fun was had for a very good cause - working to Stamp Out Hunger!

Employees from MillerCoors and Cargill recently spent a morning at our Farm and Fish Hatchery in Franklin, Wisconsin. They enjoyed a tour, learned about the fish, helped pack Stockboxes and planted tomato seeds!

At Hunger Task Force we know the importance of fresh produce first hand because we grow so much at our Farm and Fish Hatchery! So we felt it was important to take our tractor to Madison and show support for the Family Farm Defenders and the Wisconsin Farmers Union.

Thanks to everyone who came out to support Hunger Task Force and enjoy the Chili Bowl Cookoff at the Harley-Davidson Museum! When you join the fight against hunger, everyone wins, but you can check out the list of chili winners too.

Sargento Foods is the official cheese of Lambeau Field and they donate $1000 to Hunger Task Force every time the Green Bay Packers score a touchdown! Friends from Sargento Foods recently brought wide receiver Jordy Nelson to town and presented a check to Hunger Task Force.

Volunteers, friends and family turned out to fill Holiday Bins with treats for local families! Items included fresh potatoes and oranges, hot cocoa and candy canes. Topping it all off was a holiday ham. It was fun and festive and a big Thank You to all who helped.

Look at the smiles on the faces of our donors! It's true, stopping by with a donation to Hunger Task Force will put the happy in your Happy Holidays!

On Saturday, November 20 the streets of downtown Milwaukee were lined with festive folks who enjoyed the holiday parade and generously donated to our Hunger Task Force "float". Thanks to volunteers and donors and Happy Holidays to all!

On Sunday, October 10, (10-10-10!), communities around the country took part in the 25th Annual CROP Walk! Neighbors from different faiths, cultures and ages walked together to take a stand against hunger in our world and collected food locally for Hunger Task Force.

On Saturday, September 25, Foley & Lardner LLP and Brewers Community Foundation donated $126,000 to Hunger Task Force! Thanks to all who Joined the Cause!

Thanks to all the race fans that made donations to receive $10 off their admission prices!  It really helped feed Milwaukee!

Thanks to our friends at Foley & Lardner, and to all the generous Brewer fans who helped us out on Sunday, August 22 at our first "Cans For A Cause" drive at Miller Park!

Brewer's pitcher Chris Narveson got a tour of Hunger Task Force on August 11 in support of the K's For A Cause program. He was joined Foley & Lardner Partner Andy Wronski and Executive Director of the Brewers Community Foundation, Cecelia Gore. Hunger Task Force Executive Director Sherrie Tussler was their tourguide.

Thanks to everyone who participated in Hunger Task Force $2 at State Fair this year...together we collected 161,000 pounds of food!

Thanks to Johnson Controls, FOX 6, and all the generous Summerfest patrons who donated a total of 77,000 pounds of food on opening day...in just 3 hours!

Thanks to everyone who donated to Stamp Out Hunger, to all the letter carriers who put in the extra effort and to all the volunteers who make it possible to collect so much food in one day!

On May 14, Green Bay Packers Nick Collins, Chad Clifton, James Jones and John Kuhn, along with President/CEO Mark Murphy rolled into town. They answered questions from fans, signed autographs, posed for pictures and played on the inflatable half-back dash, all the while raising money for Hunger Task Force!

Letter carriers, local personalities, Tax Air, Klements Racing Sausages, and even Bango joined Hunger Task Force in the First Annual Letter Carrier Olympics. The event was designed to help folks remember to fill their donation bags and Stamp Out Hunger on Saturday, May 8!

Palermo Villa, Inc. partnered with Hunger Task Force to assemble and deliver 1,000 Easter Baskets to the needy this spring!
