Welcome to the on-line training option for organizations that receive federal financial assistance through the Hunger Task Force. This option was developed in an effort to respect your time yet ensure that our mutual clients’ civil rights are protected when they visit one of the emergency feeding organizations in our network. Being treated with dignity and respect is certainly something we all expect and desire. This becomes even more important when we are facing difficult times and are in the position of asking for assistance from others. Our federal government believes this is such a crucial issue that people need an annual refresher to reinforce civil rights and responsibilities. We hope that the following presentation will provide useful information and ideas for you in your daily work. After reviewing this information, we ask that you complete a short quiz to ensure your understanding of the material. There is also another page of links and additional information for further reading and resources. Download:
