Come to the new Voices trainings at Hunger Task Force and be a better advocate!
You'll learn how to:
- be a persuasive public speaker, including tips for speaking at public hearings,
- be more knowledgable about poverty and nutrition issues, and
- use personal stories to encourage friends, family, and your social network to also take action on the issues already important to you.
Anyone is welcome to attend a Voices Against Hunger meeting. Each meeting will last two hours. Parking is provided in our adjacent lot and light snacks and refreshments will be served at each meeting.
