OPPORTUNITIES AT OUR FARM
WAREHOUSE
Packing boxes of food for low-income seniors, similar to food sorts and a great team building activity!
- Must be over 18 and able to stoop and lift 35 pounds.
- Dress appropriately for being in a warehouse environment. Layers are recommended as you may get warmer the more you work.
- Activities take place at our Farm at 9000 S. 68th Street in Franklin
- Consider signing up for multiple shifts!
- Dates are:
Now - February 29
Monday - Friday
Noon - 4:00 p.m.
PRUNING
Get out in the fields and help get trees ready for growing season!
- Dress appropriately for working outdoors. Layers are recommended, as is clothing that allows maximum flexibility.
- Pruning trees in the orchard involves a lot of bending and stretching, strong backs are necessary.
- Activities take place in the orchards at our Farm at 9000 S. 68th Street in Franklin.
- Pruning will continue through the end of February.
- Available shifts are:
Monday - Friday
9:00 a.m. - noon
1:00 - 4:00 p.m.
