Holiday Card Submissions

Thanks so much for considering making a design for our holiday cards program!

The Hunger Task Force annual Holiday Card program is a festive tradition—spreading holiday cheer while serving the important purpose of feeding hungry people in our community. Every card sent helps put food on the table for local families, children and seniors.

Each year, nearly 15,000 cards are purchased and sent to  to a wide audience of appreciative senders and receivers, spreading an artist’s work far and wide in Milwaukee. We advertise this program through direct mail, enewsletters and multiple social media platforms. Artist biographies are printed on the back of each card.

This year, Hunger Task Force is looking for creative, festive, secular designs that focus on togetherness, connectivity and hope in this season of uncertainty. Artwork of all kinds are encouraged, from photography, to sketches, to digital renderings. In particular, bright snowflakes, Milwaukee-skyline images, barns, snow-covered pine trees, etc. have been popular.

Please send file submissions to sarah.kikkert@hungertaskforce.org (*.pdf or *.jpg files) by Friday, Aug. 28. We’ll be reviewing all art and choosing three designs for production this year by early September.
