Farm Aid

Founded by Willie Nelson, Neil Young and John Mellencamp in 1985, Farm Aid has annually worked to raise awareness and support for farmers across the United States. This year, Farm Aid comes to our hometown of Wisconsin on September 21 at Alpine Valley Music Theater, and Hunger Task Force is thrilled to be a part of the festival!

Hunger Task Force will be on site at Alpine Valley hosting a peanut butter drive at the venue gates from 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm. All Farm Aid attendees are asked to donate peanut butter on their way into the show.

The Hunger Task Force Farm will also be featured in an interactive exhibit at the Farm Aid Homegrown Village. Stop by our table to learn more about The Farm and how this unique program fits into the emergency food system across Southeastern Wisconsin.

The Farm Aid lineup includes Willie Nelson, Neil Young, John Mellencamp, Dave Matthews & Tim Reynolds, Bonnie Raitt, Luke Combs, Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats, Luke Nelson & Promise of the Real and more! For more information on Farm Aid, visit
