No-Bake Peanut Butter Treats
Make this sweet and nutritious treat for your family and friends. The No-Bake Peanut Butter Balls are a quick and easy snack that is easy to take on the go. There is no baking required, and these treats taste like cookie dough!
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2/3 cup nonfat dry milk
- 3/4 cup whole grain cereal or rolled oats crushed
- 1 pinch salt OPTIONAL
Combine peanut butter, honey, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt (optional) in a large bowl
Mix to combine
Add the nonfat dry milk and whole grain cereal or rolled oats
Mix again until a thick dough forms
Roll heaping tablespoons of dough between your palms to form balls (work with wet hands for less mess)
Place finished balls onto a baking sheet or cutting board
Freeze for 30 minutes
Serve and enjoy!
