No-Bake Peanut Butter Treats

Make this sweet and nutritious treat for your family and friends. The No-Bake Peanut Butter Balls are a quick and easy snack that is easy to take on the go. There is no baking required, and these treats taste like cookie dough!

  • 1 large mixing bowl
  • 1 spoon or spatula
  • 1 freezer
  • 1 measuring cups and spoons


  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup nonfat dry milk
  • 3/4 cup whole grain cereal or rolled oats crushed
  • 1 pinch salt OPTIONAL


  • Combine peanut butter, honey, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt (optional) in a large bowl
  • Mix to combine
  • Add the nonfat dry milk and whole grain cereal or rolled oats
  • Mix again until a thick dough forms
  • Roll heaping tablespoons of dough between your palms to form balls (work with wet hands for less mess)
  • Place finished balls onto a baking sheet or cutting board
  • Freeze for 30 minutes
  • Serve and enjoy!
