Greek Yogurt Protein Salad
Enjoy this protein-rich salad that uses Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise. Lower calories doesn't have to mean less flavor!

Ingredients
Dressing

cup
Greek yogurt

clove
garlic
minced, or 1/4 tsp garlic powder

lemon juice

Tbsp
olive or vegetable oil

tsp
salt
1/4

black pepper
1/4
cup
fresh dill
chopped or 2 Tbsp dried dill
Salad

oz
chopped leafy greens

oz
canned beans of choice
rinsed, drained
1 6
oz
can of salmon
tuna, or chicken, drained
1/4
red onion
chopped (optional)
Instructions
Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients until well-incorporated
Salad
Finely chop the greens and dice the onion if using. In a medium bowl, add the greens, onion, beans, and canned protein.
Serve with dressing on side, or mix with dressing.
Enjoy immediately or refrigerate within 2 hours.
