Kimchi Fried Rice

Kimchi contains lots of probiotics and has many health benefits such as supporting the immune system and reducing inflammation. Kimchi can be eaten as a side dish as it is, or it can be added to recipes like fried rice, soups, and stews. Napa cabbage is usually fermented with a special spice blend to make kimchi, but other foods that can be fermented include cucumber, green onions, and radish.
