Ingredients
  

  • 1 can tuna in water drained
  • 1 tbsp green onion sliced
  • 2 tbsp carrots shredded
  • 2 tbsp green apple chopped
  • 1 tbsp non-fat, plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 can chickpeas drained

Instructions
 

  • Combine ingredients in a bowl.
  • Eat as is, or serve with a whole grain tortilla, whole grain crackers, or on top of a salad.
