Partner of the Month: Milwaukee Tool

Though Milwaukee Tool is a global brand, the organization is dedicated to making an impact on the communities it’s employees call home. Grounded in Milwaukee Tool’s “One Team” culture, community service is embraced across the organization as a shared responsibility. By providing employees with 16 hours of paid volunteer time each year, Milwaukee Tool empowers its team members to invest directly in the communities where they live and work.

For 17 years, that commitment has translated into meaningful partnership with Hunger Task Force. Milwaukee Tool employees consistently show up, both at our West Milwaukee headquarters and out at The Farm, to strengthen local hunger relief efforts and expand access to fresh, nutritious food for kids, families and older adults. In 2025 alone, team members contributed 672 volunteer hours.

During one impactful service event, 32 members of Milwaukee Tool’s supply chain department built and packed 680 Stockboxes for local seniors, helping ensure dependable access to healthy food each month.

Through sustained investment, hands-on engagement and a culture rooted in service, Milwaukee Tool continues to put its values into action, helping Hunger Task Force feed our neighbors with dignity, compassion and equity.
