
Ranch Dip
This ranch dip is made with low-fat yogurt and cottage cheese, making it a protein-packed snack that's also low in saturated fat.
Ingredients
- 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 sprigs parsley chopped or 1 tsp dried parsley flakes
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together cottage cheese, yogurt, and seasonings.
- For a smoother dip, mash the cottage cheese before adding to the bowl.
- Serve on a veggie tray, as a sandwich spread, as a salad dressing, or as a garnish.
- Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
Notes
For additional flavor, add a splash of lemon juice or mix in more of your favorite seasonings.
