Ranch Dip

This ranch dip is made with low-fat yogurt and cottage cheese, making it a protein-packed snack that's also low in saturated fat.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 sprigs parsley chopped or 1 tsp dried parsley flakes

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, mix together cottage cheese, yogurt, and seasonings.
  • For a smoother dip, mash the cottage cheese before adding to the bowl.
  • Serve on a veggie tray, as a sandwich spread, as a salad dressing, or as a garnish.
  • Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.

Notes

For additional flavor, add a splash of lemon juice or mix in more of your favorite seasonings.
This dip should last up to a week in the fridge.
