Website Redesign RFP – Hunger Task Force
Overview
Hunger Task Force is seeking a strategic web development partner to design, develop and launch a new website.
This project is a full rebuild focused on improving access to food resources, increasing monthly recurring donations, strengthening community engagement and modernizing the organization’s digital infrastructure.
The selected partner will help create a platform that is accessible, secure and easy to manage while supporting the needs of individuals seeking food, donors, volunteers and advocates.
Hunger Task Force will give priority consideration to vendors based in the United States, with a preference for those located in the Midwest region. Proposals should highlight relevant regional experience and nonprofit partnerships. Vendors with demonstrated experience working with nonprofit organizations, particularly those involved in food access, human services, or community-based programs, are strongly encouraged to apply.
Project Highlights
- Full website rebuild (CMS evaluation included)
- Budget Range: $75,000-$100,000 (Vendors are encouraged to propose solutions that align with this range and clearly articulate how their approach delivers value within the stated budget.)
- Target launch: Early 2027
- Integration with Blackbaud, Fundraise Up, Quorum and Galaxy
- WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility compliance required
- Security-focused architecture and development
- Identity-first user experience prioritizing individuals seeking food
