Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program

The Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program provides low-income seniors with $25 in vouchers that can be exchanged for eligible foods at farmers’ markets, roadside stands and community-supported agriculture programs. Every eligible senior may apply, and households are no longer limited to one set of vouchers. Vouchers are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last.

Qualified Recipients:

  • Are 60 years or older (55 years or older for Indigenous Elders)
  • Are Milwaukee County residents
  • Have a monthly income of less than;
    • $2,461 for a household of one
    • $3,337 for a household of two
    • Add $876 for every additional household member
