Milwaukee Bucks star Khris Middleton Inspires Families During “12 Days of Khrismas” Community Service Day
Milwaukee Bucks forward Khris Middleton partnered with Hunger Task Force for his annual “12 Days of Khrismas” Community Service Day. The day featured a holiday food sort and a hands-on cooking demonstration. Families worked alongside Khris to prepare healthy meals, learn about nutrition, and embrace the holiday spirit of giving back.

Hunger Task Force Celebrates Six Months at the Southside Community Resource Center
Hunger Task Force proudly opened the doors to our new Southside Community Resource Center at 802 W. Historic Mitchell Street in March 2025. Six months later, FoodShare Advocates have seen a steady increase in clients from diverse backgrounds, representing 23 languages, seeking support.

‘I feel thankful’: Family of seven shares how important free school meals are as kids head back to class
As you can imagine, providing for six children comes with quite the price tag. That’s why the Valentine family benefits from a school program where they’re provided free meals in school. It’s called the Community Eligibility Provision. With resources from the Hunger Task Force, students are able to receive free meals and snacks throughout the day.
