Outpost Natural Foods
Hunger Task Force is proud to partner with Outpost Natural Foods, a community‑owned grocery co‑op committed to increasing access to healthy, organic food across Milwaukee. For decades, Outpost has worked alongside Hunger Task Force to ensure families, children and older adults have the nutritious food they need.
Outpost supports Hunger Task Force through a variety of impactful initiatives. The annual Buy a Bag for the Hungry campaign turns every $20 donation into $40 of healthy groceries for local families, while Think Outside the Lunch Box provides summer meals to children who rely on school nutrition programs. Through the Milk Money Project, Outpost ensures families have access to dairy and non-dairy milk, and ongoing healthy, organic food donations supply fresh produce and pantry staples for emergency food distributions and holiday meals.
